He holds an Accountancy degree from the University of San Agustin in the Philippines, completed the Application Mobile Web Specialist program at triOS College Business Technology Healthcare in Canada, and completed Entrepreneurship Essentials at Harvard Business School Online. His diverse background gives him a practical perspective on building technology solutions that create meaningful and lasting value. He believes in responsible growth, strong relationships, and doing business with integrity. Outside of work, Vic is an avid runner who has completed a marathon and backyard ultramarathon. He values staying active and spending quality time with his daughter and friends.

Mohit is a Backend & GenAI Engineer with over five years of experience building intelligent, scalable, production-grade systems, including solutions for the U.S. Army and Ford Motors. He specializes in GenAI, LLM architectures, RAG pipelines, scalable microservices, system architecture, and performance optimization, with experience building platforms supporting more than 40,000 concurrent users. Outside of technology, Mohit is passionate about cricket and brings the same focus on strategy, teamwork, and continuous improvement to his work.

Rhaniel is an IT professional with over 25 years of experience in Quality Standards, Testing, Validation, Process Improvement, Compliance, and Risk Management. He serves as a strategic partner in the Philippines, leveraging his extensive network to drive growth for the organization. Beyond work, Rhaniel is a passionate basketball enthusiast who brings the same energy and teamwork to the court.

Helena is a Creative UI/UX Product Designer and Community Lead with a multidisciplinary background in digital production, UX design, e-commerce, marketing, and customer engagement. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Creative Industries with Distinction, specializing in Business with a focus on Fashion and Curatorial Practice. She brings both creative and commercial perspectives to designing thoughtful digital experiences that connect products, brands, and people. Outside of work, Helena enjoys practicing Pilates and yoga and values creativity, balance, and well-being.

Rohit is a talented software engineer with a passion for building high-quality, efficient, and innovative applications. Known for his problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and commitment to staying current with the latest technologies, Rohit consistently delivers robust solutions. His love for cricket perfectly complements his technical expertise, making him a well-rounded individual both in technology and on the field.

Franchie is a multidisciplinary visual artist with over 13 years of experience in UI/UX and web design, graphic design, and illustration. She holds a Master of Arts (MA) in Art Therapy and a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Visual Communication, graduating Magna Cum Laude. An active member of Phi Kappa Phi, Franchie is deeply passionate about contributing to the artistic community.Outside of work, she enjoys participating in Game Jams with friends and playing badminton.

Clifford is a seasoned lawyer with extensive expertise in Corporate and Business Law, Commercial Contracts, Intellectual Property Law, Labor and Employment Law, Regulatory Compliance, Real Estate Law, Litigation, and Dispute Resolution (both criminal and civil). He serves as a strategic partner in the Philippines, utilizing his strong network and legal expertise to drive the organization’s growth and success. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling and spending quality time with his family.

With over 30 years of experience and 45 industry certifications, Jason is known for simplifying complex technical concepts. He was honoured by CompTIA as Outstanding Train-the-Trainer in 2019. Harvey is the CEO of Citus HR Solutions and a Certified Executive Coach. With over 30 years of leadership experience — including nine years as Senior Vice President of People at SE Health — he has built high-performing cultures and earned multiple awards, including Forbes Best Employers and Great Place to Work. A passionate athlete, he has completed 15 Boston Marathons, two Ironmans, and represented Canada at the 2017 ITU World Triathlon Championships. He provides strategic guidance to the YourTITA Platform as a non-executive advisor.

Kevin is an accomplished technology leader and Fellow with over 37 years of experience in enterprise systems. He currently serves as Vice President and Chief Technology Officer for Z and LinuxONE, where he drives the technical strategy and roadmap for both hardware and software portfolios. He brings deep expertise in systems architecture, operating systems, virtualization, compilers, and enterprise modernization. He has led large global engineering teams in various senior technical leadership roles. An avid marathoner and triathlete, Kevin provides strategic guidance to the YourTITA Platform as a non-executive advisor.

Shirlee is an accomplished healthcare leader and registered nurse with over 30 years of executive leadership experience. As the longtime CEO of SE Health, she championed innovation in community healthcare, healthy aging, and new models of care. She is also a co-author of The Future of Aging. She brings deep expertise in healthcare governance, innovation, strategic leadership, and community-based care, having served with numerous healthcare organizations and boards in Canada and internationally.
